High Waist Skinny Jeans – Best Price!

I’m really, really tired of ultra low waists. Really. Keeping my butt from showing occupies have my daily life, so I’m happy that fall is bringing higher waists. What I really want is some lovely and fashionable sailor pants with seventies widelegs and high, buttoned waists. But, alas, I’m a poor grad student, and that style hasn’t made it to the cheap stores yet. So, I want to know whether the the new Old Navy style looks as much like mom pants (high waist, tapered leg) as I think they do. Anyone out there able to help me out?

Or, even better, anyone know where I can find the sailor style for thirty bucks or so?

I love the classic high-waisted Marilyn Monroe style jeans. I think they’re sexier because they accentuate my small waist and highlight my hourglass figure, and they actually COVER UP MY BUTT! I am so friggin’ sick of these plumber jeans. I don’t care what people say, they’re not sexy, no matter how great your body is. All I ever see in the stores is lower jeans. The only high-waisted jeans I could find are on these 50’s websites, they were expensive but they were worth it. But I only have two pairs. I want to be able to find more, and in regular department stores for a decent price. Why should it be so hard to find jeans that actually cover up my butt? Magazines and designers keep saying higher waists are back, but I can’t find them in the stores! Only celebrities can get them. It sickens me.
