that would be cute. if you had dark jeans, you should do a light/neutral blouse tucked in.

That would definitely be adorable. I would just wear the blouse with high waisted jeans and flats. The jewelry may make your outfit look too busy…just stick to simple things.
Basically, blouse, jeans, flats would work.
