blouses for high waist jeans?

I’m not fashionista, but I’d try a classic ruffle blouse. Like this:

Keep in mind it needs to be tuckable and not too tight.

Choose a top that fits your style and works well with the high waistline. Tuck in your shirt to emphasize the high waistline. Wear a tie-front blouse, flowing sleeves or wide sleeves. You can also wear a double-breasted jacket or a blazer. Also a form fitting tank with a long cardigan. Or you could go as simple as a fitted crew neck t-shirt. High waisted jeans are very versatile.
